As an employer, how many plan designs do I have to choose from to offer the AHPO to my employees?

There are no set plans. The AHPO provides the ultimate flexibility to allow you, as the employer and plan sponsor, to design your own plan to meet the needs of your company and your employees. The only requirement is that the plan benefits are higher for services delivered by AHPO participating providers (a minimum of ten percentage points). |
